Monday-Friday:
-Morning: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
-Afternoon: 3:00 PM -5:00 PM
Saturday & Sunday
-3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Important Notice:
For Monday through Friday check out is by 11:00, afternoon pick-ups (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM), will have a late fee added of $20.00
This policy works like a hotel check-out, pets must be picked up by 11:00 AM to avoid additional charges. This is so we will have time to clean the room for our next guest. Thank you for your understanding!
Boarding Checklist
* Make sure ALL information is current and updated in your Paw Partner account.
(Emergency contact info, all shot records are up to date, and the boarding agreement has been signed.)
* When dropping off or picking up, please be there at the appointed time.
* All belongings should be able to fit in a 17-gallon tote
(provided at the facility)
* We only have so much space for each pet's belongings, so to help with this, we ask you to prepackage each meal in individual bags
( If your pet eats twice a day, then you would send two individual bags of pre-measured meals per day.) This should also be added to your Paw Partner account
* Any medication should be clearly labeled, and instructions on
how to give it to your pet should be provided. (You can also add this information to your Paw Partner account.)
* Don't forget you can download the paw partner app to your phone! This is a great way for us to keep in contact! If you need any help, don't hesitate to call. We will be glad to help.
